Soin Capital LLC

Soin Capital, based in Dayton, Ohio, is the newest venture for Soin International and is 90% owned by the Soin family. It is a private equity investment fund that focuses on recapitalization and buy-outs targeting well-run, small- to mid-size ($20-$100 million) companies that are leaders in their industry and show high growth potential. Sundance Products Group, LLC is part of the first fund of Soin Capital with other investments in Fund I expected and additional funds to follow. Investment opportunities for Soin Capital must have an excellent historical track record of growth and profitability. Soin Capital is a significant addition to Soin International and managed by Vishal Soin.
